Over the past 10 years judges were being appointed on political leaning not competency. The courts are supposed to rule on a case by how the law defines it, but that has not been the case for some years now.

Judges are supposed to uphold Rule of Law, not rule of men. If they show leanings, especially consistent leanings, they are NOT doing there jobs. Right, left, conservative, liberal, I don't care. Uphold the law!
