While I'd like to read the report - a 6,000 page AAR is time consuming at best However curious if CAS was ever mentioned as well the gap in intel on the Islamic State-linked militants in the region.
The culture of excessive risk part - Can't wait until some trooper disobeys a lawful order as its deemed "an excessive risk".
Not saying that troops should go in guns blazing with reckless abandon more so there is an inherent risk associated with military service especially the SF.
