Many directors from Hollywood worked on morale, newsreel, and other films during that period. This guy looks laid back. He sounds like Bogart and talks with a NYC swagger. Better than the usual monotone, boring film that puts everyone to sleep as soon as the lights go out.

I would bet most do not know, Jimmy Stuart was a 2 Star General in the Air Force Reserve! He held the highest rank of any person in Hollywood. I can still recall having watched some of his training films in HS-AFROTC. Are you sure he was not one of those Hollywood soldiers? He kind of looks familiar, could be wrong?
