Sounds like He may have some mental health issues, return from a war in 1978 when it ended in 1975, frostbite isn't even possible there. locations, units, no memory, I don't think So. Those are things no Veteran ever forgets. I know this was Duffel Blog but You find some actual fakes that don't do much better than their example here.
