SN Greg Wright what I don't understand this looks like a righteous shoot, I mean yeah IA has to investigate it, but a grand jury. Oh well hope that he doesn't get any kind of sanction, wish him well and hope he goes fishing while on leave.

In the State of Texas, if you go to the Grand Jury, and they give you a No Bill, that means that the family cannot sue the person that shot the man. It sounds bad, but if you have to use your gun in a fair fight, you want the Grand Jury to hear the facts of the case so there will be no civil lawsuit brought against you.

TSgt Larry Johnson thanks I was born and raised here in Texas, but moved on when I joined the Corp. Before I came back in 06, I lived in Florida for about 30 years. I keep wishing that I had stayed, but that wasn't in the cards. Thanks for the info.
