That's because the pickings are too easy these days. If times get tough and they need warm bodies to fill empty slots, that unofficial policy will disappear pretty quick.

first that is bull s*&# . if they fallow HIPPA law the Army or Air Force would NOT be privet to this information, in the first place. even IF the medical records were combined .. how is it that the Army , Air Force can read this information with out a search warrant of any kind being issued ??? the parents can NOT read this information with out the child being right there at the time!!!!! been there dun that.
