I am a product of these issues. There are many points in this article as to why I started my own business. I had my own business for several years prior to teaching for a short stint, where I solidified some problems. I have found working for and with others difficult for many reasons, not the least of which laziness, lack of discipline and attention to detail. I don't expect perfection, just the same work ethic as my own, which is get the job done...right the first time and not waste my time or money. So, I went back into business, where I could have that autonomous flexibility and control over the situation. We can't control all situations, but we can minimize much of what we do in most situations, given the right circumstances.
