LTC (Join to see) And while the focus today is on the Federal law and its contradiction to fire arms purchase, its only a matter of time until it is challenged that the use of a federally illegal drug should also be justification for banning fire arms possession......
But then, Alcohol use should be a justification for banning fire arms ownership.....Right??? Its a drug that can be abused. and it is a mind/judgment altering drug.
And any prescribed pharmaceuticals that are mind or otherwise have judgment altering properties is justification for banning fire arms ownership.....Right??

I agree SGM. I had numerous Soldiers on 4 or more psychotropics and I did not allow them near a weapon or operate heavy equipment.
