The British response to this has been far too weak as it has been weak in the past. This is an Act of War and should be called out as such and responded to in the same way. These two were promised the protection of the UK and guaranteed by Russia via a Spy Swap. I can't figure out what the hell PM May thinks she is doing by calling it an excessive use of force or whatever......Russians will do it again unless they feel real pain.
Putin's laughing response that "maybe it was the Jews" to reporters questions is equally alarming and an indication he is subscribing to Russian Nationalist anti-semetism. Even more reinforcement that a very strong response is required here.
