FIRST go sieze his compters, records, bank accounts so he can't get rid of them. Then arrest him and hold him for a week of so before he is arraigned.

He probably will go to prison. He's probably been promised something that sounds like "ardon." If Mueller REALLY wants the info, he should say this guy is a possible terrorist and send him to GITMO.
