Can We Just Get to the Heart of the Matter?

A bit long, but great points. I think what they missed is that the kids doing these protest and demanding change are basically parroting what they are being told. If someone told the kids that the police failed and the FBI failed they might be clearly asking for change at the local level. There are already laws about murder.

We all want to stop senseless violence and killing, but as this piece said, nobody seems to be trying to solve why it happened. The mental health treatment that was never given may have made the difference in many of these cases. This one for sure!
