It doesn't really matter whether he would or would not run into the building. What matters is that those charged with school security that are sworn law enforcement officers did not. Why don't you pull you big boy pants up and deal with that realty versus a rhetorical hypothetical that will never occur.
We have the real McCoy to deal with right here, right now. We are up to 4 sworn LEO's that work for the BCSD that maintained a position outside the school while students and teachers were being murdered. You, like most feather merchants, are distracted like a cat with a laser pointer, I think intentionally, so you don't have to deal with the reality of what as occurred.
We also have a sheriff that says he is not responsible for their performance, that he has provided exemplary leadership even though he has suspended some of t he deputies involved. His definition of leadership must be like most progressives, dodge responsibility distract away from the issue and deflect to others etc.
We have all learned a real lesson here that many choose to waltz right past. That lesson is that you cannot depend/rely on law enforcement to save your life in a life and death situation. In many cases they will not arrive in time and if they arrive in time you might get what the students here did, no help at all.

SGT (Join to see) - Trump got a medical deferment, Bill Clinton was a draft dodger. And Hillary defended a child rapists it court, got him off scott free and laughed about it afterwards. But you're upset that Trump might get a pass?

"what about Clinton"
Literally what y'all love to say, it is funny that the phrase is basically admitting wrong doing and, like a child, saying by others have done it.... Others are not the president
"he's an adult and responsible for himself"
So I guess military people don't understand the responsibility of leaders. If your soldier is fucked up it falls on the leadership or lack there of
You could literally say that about the deputy, that his leadership wasn't responsible for the actions of an adult... But that's not what leadership is.
And then the what about Clinton people... Trump dodged the d draft 5 times but got a pass time and time again for his d disrespect to the military. It is the one thing I can't wrap my mind around. People pretending to be so proud and respectful of the military then defending trumps actions... I think there is something deeper.
So many on here are so sympathetic towards the Russians because of the many signs of collusion between the presidents appointees and family and the Russians.

SGT (Join to see) - Ben, you might want to start with the interview he gave with Jake Tapper on CNN, yes CNN, not FOX. You will find your answer there on the resposnsiblity piece.
So your standard is an accusation made is a conviction. If someone denies it, it doesn't matter to you, they are guilty as charged in merely an accusation, not an indictment, a formal charge from a prosecutor. I am sure no one wants to live in your America, guilty by accusation and no chance to face your accuser. Great standard.
I didn't make an assertion Trump was our would be a hero. You can chalk that one up to your poor reading comprehension skills. Par for the course with liberals.
Texas already arms many teachers. When push comes to shove someone has to stop a shooter. You will likely need a gun to do that Ben. Well, maybe not you, you could probably talk them down with your massive intellect or boor them to death with your glaring ignorance.

SGT (Join to see) - Next thing you will tell us is Trump is responsible for ice being too cold and fire being too hot.

Article starts off by saying the statement by the president doesn't require any commentary. Then spends 500 words commenting...
Dumb statement by the president. No way to paint it in any other light. No one knows what they'll do in that situation unless they've been there. Sadly, some of the people that SHOULD have gone in, didn't.

I know what I would've done. Just seems that Broward county has more dickless cops than average. I suspect a female officer would have gone in... so perhaps they didn't have enough.

As a senior noncomm a leadership principle is to know yourself. Part of that is knowing what you will do under fire. When it comes to children, the decision to act is less decision and mostly instinct. He would have gone in as most men AND women would do so. It takes a special kind of coward to do NOTHING while children are being slaughtered.

I am afraid this "article" isn't being very fair to the President of the United States!!!
After all - he is the only one we have - what would we do without his leadership?
Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
CPT Jack Durish - Don't waste your time - just saying we must be kind to him!!!

1LT Sandy Annala - Well, I think it was the whole Huma Abedine thing that got people going... Humas ex is a real wiener. And just a little too proud of it for his own good. He will have time to meet more folks who may appreciate it in the next three years.
I don't believe he's doing federal time.
