That was interesting, but what's the point? After a few inconsequential comments, the author recited a few well-documented facts and stopped, just stopped. It's as though he suddenly realized that the facts he cited would not be consistent with the narrative his editors want him to push, so he walked away. Then the copy boy found the text on his desk and took it to the printers without realizing that it wasn't finished. The printers blindly dropped it into the paper without realizing that the editor hadn't approved it. Somebody might be in trouble except for the fact that without a conclusion, it's just nonsense.

Ah, it wasn't that bad. It did end kind of abruptly, but overall I thought it was a good effort at honest reporting on our gun culture for a country that largely doesn't understand our gun culture.

Guardian failed to mention that Americans with guns and American ships, planes, and weapons stopped them from speaking German.

Those were uniformed military with issued weapons and equipment. Issue in American society today is civilians with little training or dubious backgrounds who demand unregulated private ownership of guns.
