Why oh why are they lying to federal investigators? If you have nothing to hide then don't lie. Hahaha! No wonder Trump's attorneys do not want him to be interviewed by anyone on Mueller's team; out of fear he'll get caught lying. Lying is the simplest crime to avoid but also the most common trend we keep seeing with these indictments.

As I said, we will see. People are falsely convicted and they get the disposition of the case changed all the time.

CWO3 (Join to see) - On the record? Where is it on the record? You don't mean the articles like The Town Hall and The Federalist (Conservative biased rags) that anonymously sourced a behind doors private meeting between Comey and lawmakers that occurred March 2017 but withheld by GOP lawmakers for a year knowing it could have helped Flynn. Those same FBI investigators that could be called to court and testify under oath in Flynn's defense while Comey and Mueller are incompetent lawyers that couldn't see that happening?
You're missing one key observation. Flynn plea deal to lying to federal investigators may not be the only charges against him; not to mention what other information he's provided to Mueller's investigators. So yeah, as LTC David Brown has stated, we will see when everything is revealed.

MAJ James Woods - Didn't mean to push any buttons. I've just heard it from several sources (audio) and if wrong stand corrected. I was only referring to the phone call.

CWO3 (Join to see) - No buttons pushed. You said on the record so the question of sources was asked. Heresay isn't "on the record" so we shouldn't be treating as such like a phone caller into a radio show. If a Congressman that was in the private meeting with Comey or one of his/her aides are making that statement; I'm fine with that. My only follow up with him/her is why did you wait a year to tell us?

I love how HRC lied to the FBI, but she got no indictment. Democrats only care when it helps their cause.

He blatantly said in the video she didn’t tell the truth numerous times....opposite of truth? Lying.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - no, and you must know that. If I put a post on RP that contains classified info, but don't mark it in any way, and you read it, and then the FBI asks you if you read any classified info on RP you would say no. That's not true, but you didn't lie about it.
Lie: to speak falsely or utter untruth knowingly, as with intent to deceive.

LTC (Join to see) Sir I do not believe that you are obtuse or dumb, but HRC has been in politics for over 30 years as a senator, FLOTUS, and as a Secretary of State. There is no way with all of her experience in politics that she did not know that she was breaking the law or that she did not know that she receive classified information. And if you honestly believe that she wasn’t lying you really need to pull your head out of your first point of contact. Ignorance is no excuse.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - if you had actually read the testimony and seen what were the examples of what was listed as the wayclassified material was marked you would probably have a broader view. But even that notwithstanding, I was commenting on your statement about Gowdy questioning Comey, where Gowdy asked if things were true, and Comey said no. You disregard when Comey specifically stated that Clinton didn't lie. But the main thing is that your statement that the opposite of truth is lying is simply incorrect. The opposite of truth is falsehood. Now, if you are one of those conservatives who parse words in minute detail when spoken by liberals but abandon any specificity when you use them, fine. But your statement is simply factually incorrect. But I don't think you were lying when you typed it, I think you just didn't understand the nuance in the definitions of the word.
But since you have decided to try to obscure your error by going to personal insults rather than have a fact based discussion, we are done interacting.
