No this is California with the strict gun laws how can a felon get a gun? Oh well the Politicians will just make it harder for law abiding citizens to make gun purchases. However not address the problems with crime itself. This scumbag killed a Police Officer so unfortunate.

In California, that means nothing, SSgt Harvey "Skip" Porter. Think about the results of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate after killing Kate Steinle. Give the jury a chance and they’ll find a reason to let him go.

LTC Stephen C. Yes you right what a tragic situation that was. The politicians are so focused out here on sanctuary cities and protecting dreamers not punishing criminals. Thanks for sharing your comment.
