Common Law eminates from a SHARED LEGAL HERITAGE BETWEEN ENGLAND AND THE UNITED STATES. IT WAS USED BY JEFFERSON AS THE BASIS TO DRAFT THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. PLEASE BLOCK ME FOR QUOTING FACT.

When you were stationed in England, you were considered an Anglo. In the context of his speech, it means the common English American basis of law. Every student who has taken a social studies class knows this. If you believe everyone is racist, you are going to find examples everywhere, unfortunately all you will prove is your ignorance. Every time you make stupid remarks like this, you cheapen real acts of racism...

Obviously you haven't taken any law courses. In the context of how he said it he is correct our laws and the position of Sheriff is a heritage based on Common Law from England. Your Liberal friends have you over sensitized to race.........all that poisoned pablum the last year and a half it is no wonder.

Uh I didn't settle here and took offense. I served and took offense. So you'd take the side of this guy over perhaps hundreds of your fellow veterans who were offended as well?

SGT (Join to see) - No I will take the side of American History that is taught in every Law School in the country and turn my back on the less educated that attempt to make an issue of this.

OMG you really believe everything you read? The ability to question is a true measure of intelligence. You make it sound as if American history books are flawless. You know the same ones that have been proven to be in need of serious editing. American history is written through the eyes of who conquered her, like any country. I bet the native Americans have a different view of American history not to mention black Americans m but wait why would that matter? Ango American heritage history and law is the right and correct way to do things. Lol.
