Breaks my heart that this happened inthe first place. Really bothers me that it was one of our own. We think we are immuned but we aren't. I was stationed on a base where there was a double murder in base housing from a SrA. We are a microcosm of society and America doesn't see that...they think we are above having this happen but we aren't.

I understand the POS, committed another rape on ective duty. I'm a firm believer that prison isn't the absolute answer for these types of crimes. Why should we pay for this type of scumbag to get three squares, have access to the best gym equipment that money can buy ! Then on top of it all get entertainment for free . It's not just in the Army either all of the services have this issue. I'm not at all sadned by the fact he was a soldier etc. I'm sadned that he was a rapist allowed to enter into military service too begin with. So we've essentially allowed a sexual predator to do his bidding at his leisure until such time a DNA match has been made. So what about the victims at the hands of this piece of shit, does the military service and the VA just say were sorry this occurred..........
