Idnsent this in before, it's not a perfect rendition of the story, though it's reasonably close, as well as fairly analogous. Also, I'd read a good deal about the Andaman natives, I've read a lot of weird stuff about them, the islanders were actually mentioned in one of the Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes stories, I can't recall which one at the moment, possibly the Sign of Four, I think, though I'm not entirely certain...the islanders, I'd read, and seen videos on, aren't esp. keen on outsiders visiting, I'd read they actually have been known to get quite hostile historically, on more than one occasion.

So, in some ways, her tribe is now extinct. I wonder how many other languages are that close to going extinct.
