MSG (Join to see) I Remember when they Officially Stopped Hunting Down Deserters. They Knew Sooner or Later they will find themselves involved with Law Enforcement or the Border and then they have them. Get Them Then. Another Not So Bright One that didn't think that going "Overseas" on a Cruise Ship and once She arrived the Federalis would be waiting since those traveling "Papers" had to be checked by the Gov't before the Ship Set Sail. LOL!
