The individual made disparaging remarks against the military which are incorrect. We have had politicians compare the military to Genghis Khan to setting up Gulags in Iraq which were incorrect as well. This is what makes our country different. We did not boycott Congress then. His employer can take care of any issues. The voters there can choose to elect another representative. I disagree with the hyperventilation that is going on to see whom is more patriotic. We have military members in space, managing large corporations, and we have Veterans taking care of other Veterans. This one dissenting voice is but an irritant. Same as one flag being burned in protest. None of us like it but we all respect the Constitution enough to allow it.

My Edit- The Marine should ask the Councilman/ Teacher to go with him to the nearest military base. Show him the Education Center and shake some hands of service members that are using their education benefits. Then have him eat in the DFAC and meet service members that have graduated with a Bachelor or Master Degree. Turn it into an advantage by spotlighting all the brilliant service-members out there in his community.

Sabrena, my answer is most of the time monkey stomp the jackass, however, I think they should walk a few hundred miles in the Marines boots. They need to see they are not just killing robots, yea they are good at what they do but... I have seen soldiers give food away to kids, and the list goes on and on. It makes me ill when I hear some jackass who never put themselves in harms ways for their great Nation. Sabrena it is too easy for me to get really mad, so I am going to make my wife some coffee and take a sip of mine. I am sure I will be back.
