"None dare call it treason"???????

Why does that label get attached when citizens of this nation are unhappy with their leader? I never accused Obama opponents of treason. I remember Watergate and the turmoil of the '60s. Those people involved were also accuse of treason.

It is NOT treason to protest. It is NOT treason to be dissatisfied with our leaders (or anyone else in our nation).
I believe that word is overused far too often. Save it for the real thing, not political opponents.

It becomes treason when members of law enforcement, the Department of Justice and the administrative state seek to remove a sitting president from office.

SSG Diane R. - Not if they attempt in a legal manner. And, I have seen NO proof on any of your allegations. I've seen a lot of accusations, innuendo, and spin, but no proof.

Meanwhile people are entering their running and biking routes in a data base that shows all of them. How dumb can we be. Put them all together you get a detailed map of US Military Bases on GPS

MI should have kept this under wraps. They could collect them all and deploy thousands wherever they want. I never let these things go by without a response

While "...a nonstop effort by the opposition to use the courts, the legislative branch, the investigatory agencies, and the administrative state to discredit, undermine, and remove an elected government." is not treason, it is however unconstitutional. There are two and ONLY two legal means for removing a President from Office;

Impeachment
Constitution of the United States,
_Article 1, Section 2, Paragraph 5: "The House of Representatives shall chuse [misspelled in original document] their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."
_Article 1, Section 3, Paragraph 6: "The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

Executive Declaration
_Constitution of the United States, 25th Amendment Article 4: "Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President."

Every American citizen has the right to oppose government, WITHIN THE LAW. That said every President has the right to expect that EVERY member of the executive branch will carry out the legal policies and directives of the President and his appointed deputies in a responsive, diligent, and intelligent manner. Those who cannot or will not do so, are morally obligated to seek employment elsewhere. If the choose to oppose government from within the executive branch, they are subject to appropriate administrative or disciplinary action, up to and including criminal prosecution.

SFC Bernard Walko - The circumstances you describe, for that matter no circumstances change the fact that there are only two legal methods to remove a President from office.
