Had a similar problem with a teacher several years ago when my son was in high school. He went on tirades about unjust war and blood for oil. Well out of this class several kids were guard and reserve military brats. My son was talking and asking questions about the unjust war and a few other things. I asked him if he forgot what I did for a living. Long shirt story I corrected the attitude and set the record straight. Ironically conferences were a few nights later. I patiently waited my turn to talk to the teacher to get his side. His response was what I was hoping for. I have a right to my opinion. I calmly told him he was correct and proceeded to give him mine. In most school if a childs parent is military or federal service the school district gets x amount of dollars for that child. I did the math and handes it to him from just that class. He fumble farted around a bit and i ended with a polite if you teach my kid any more of your commie opinion I will escalate this past the conference table. Mind you this was my high school that 5 other brothers and sister and countless cousins graduated from and I knew much of the staff. When I stood up several peiple in line behind me gave me five or shook my hand. They were there for the same purpose. I was happy I did not cuss and was so amped with adrenalin. Nothing was taught on opinion the rest of the year. Amazing.

It's too bad he couldn't just mysteriously find himself on the yellow footprints one day, and then spend a few months getting recycled through boot camp.

This POS has been suspended for striking a student before. Not sure how he still has his job.
