Fort Worth Pays Homeless People to Pick Up Trash

Capt Dwayne Conyers this is certainly a city contributing to the economic improvement of homeless individuals without destroying their dignity. In addition, one sees the taxpayers money working that benefits the community. Kudos to Fort Worth.

Capt Dwayne Conyers: I was homeless for four summers; before I joined the Army. I never knew about things like: SSI, Welfare, etc. I would happily and eagerly have picked up trash; when I was homeless. Being homeless is the Worst job anybody could ever dream of....Although, I know that people in the lower castes in India, have WAY WORSE jobs.
