I watched the movie a few times as a child SGT (Join to see) LTC (Join to see) Shameless how they try the Hawaii incident is a great marketing strategy for a remake of the film. The film industry has no scruples at times.

SGT (Join to see) - Do I think it is culturally relevant? No. There are two kinds of people in this world. Those with a plan and those who look for a mythical hero to save them. My cape must be at the dry cleaners. I just have a uniform, good training, and resources. I don't need a film to tell me anything anymore.

A1C Ian Williams - I can't tell if you're trolling, being arrogant, or simply saying you don't feel the movie can help populations better understand what's going on in the world.

I'm a no nonsense type of guy. These are topics that make most demographics fall asleep at the wheel. Which do you think would do better at box office? This film's remake or the new Disney/Pixar? I appreciate the post and I read the article. This is a topic best left in the hands of those who have studied it and are very well informed. If you count yourself among those people, consider that a privilege. Keep posting SGT (Join to see) This is the forum for the discussion you really want to have.
