CPT Jack Durish Since the Hepatitis outbreak was directly tied to the ban on plastic bags, I am sure this will have nothing but positive outcomes for California (HEAVY SARCASM)!

Sir, I have to say that I'm alright with this. Plastic use is something that I'm pretty liberal with. I don't think it should be illegal to use plastic, but companies should incentivize people to rely less on it. I don't see what the issue is of having people take the time to recycle/ reuse/ whatever it takes to be more resourceful. I don't think it's too much to ask for everyone to carry a cup they can reuse. It's all over the place. All of that plastic has got to go somewhere... not in my back yard lol. I keep all of my plastic bags to use as trash bags, and try to keep reusable bags in my car all the time. But then again, I won't be alive long enough to really feel the effects, so why worry about it, eh? IDK... I don't go to extremes, but I try to play my little part.
