Trump was saying "happy holidays" back when Obama was wishing us "merry Christmas"

Why does it always have to be about him? Is he forgetful, or think no one checks? The "assault" on Christmas has always been made up. No one cares what you say--and I say either depending on my mood. It's a lot more important to try to keep the spirit of either through the season and into the next year.

It never bothered when the cumbaya crowd said "Happy Holidays." Well wishes are always a good thing. What got my dander up was when they corrected me for wishing them a "Merry Christmas." When I asked them what's the kerfuffle about... I'd get well that's not "very inclusive." To which I would respond, neither is telling me to stop wishing them well under the auspices of my religion. I wasn't asking them to convert, I just wanted them to have a good day.

I didn't think it was possible, but Trump is guilty of stolen valor from the war on xmas.
