It reminds me of spoken word poetry in a hipster coffee shop. I'm not a fan of modern rap stateside however they do have a better grasp on music production to compensate for such poor effort in writing lyrics.

There is a Norwegian Reggae singer by the name of Governor Andy. Sings reggae in Norwegian. It actually sort of works.
