This is going to be a hard case to try...I would be surprised if it actually makes into a court room really.

Hate that the rape happened, but anything that involves Congress, and what that body intended, must be decided by the US Supreme Court. Again, IF the allegations are true, first and foremost due to the length of time, this first needs to be sent to the Supreme Court, but, on top of all this, the General must be considered Innocent, till he is convicted.
