The JUST US system benefits the wealthy. Wouldn't be surprised if someone was paid off

The judge had nothing to do with the verdict, they jury were the ones that decided the case.
I do feel that they should have won their case though. If the police did not know that their field tests were not accurate that is due to negligence on the police department. If their officers had been properly trained they would have known that false positives do happen and could have send the "wet green vegetation" from the trash to the lab for more accurate tests. Instead the tests were destroyed so there is actually no evidence that they actually were used or that they in showed false positives.

These people have a legitimate gripe. I think they should have won their case, but then I didn't get to see all the evidence.
