Now take that small increase % fold it into your TSP so it pays off even more later. You wont notice the missing increase if you never have it. Just some financial advice a Senior Chief once gave me.

There will still be some liberals in the Military that are not happy with President Trump. Just give them 5 minutes and they will forget all about the pay raise and start bitching about how he is against climate change or is trying to build the fence. Liberals are never happy about anything.

MSgt Kurt S. - I remember those days and now the problem is not Fuel, it was Obummer not allowing the purchase of parts for Aircraft, Armor, and Ships. There are Squadrons in all services flying with less than half their complement of birds because they have to cannibalize birds to keep some flying. Hopefully this 700 billion will help get the equipment going again if the Senate will lift that damn 570 billion cap that Barry put in place.

(Join to see) - You Go Davida! You can jump on that Soap Box any time!! Probably most of the people here believe I am a dyed in the wool republican, and I let them keep thinking that because it keeps them off their guard. I have never been and never will be registered as a republican. they are as turn coats as democraps. too many RINO's. I am a Realists. That's why I voted for Trump, tired of all politicians who make a part time job into a career, and steal millions from the people in the act. Unfortunately people are stupid enough to allow them to do it. I show you ARIZONA as an example.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Greg where do you get your data that 64% of America is not conservative? There has never been any proof to support that statement. No one has ever been able to get an accurate data screen of everyones beliefs because many will not tell their beliefs because it is no ones business what they believe or feel. THAT is why the VOTE is private! and as I have said in the past, anyone who believes in polls is as gullible as those who pay for them.

Greg, I don't know about you but I work for a living and cannot spend all day on here. but asw I said don't quote polls to be they are like Contractsm strictly for suckers to quote Sam Beauregard in Willy Wonka. You cannot back up any of those stats. You wanna see some Proof, Look at any gathering that Trump attends. The place is packed. you do not see that where Likkary or bumbeling Bernie shows up to anything. The People LOVE trump because he is NOT a politician. pure and Simple and he is doing what he said he would do. unlike the last 16 years of them

I watched it live and listened to his remarks as he signed it. I have two observations about the event.

One: Good for our Active Duty Military! You people deserve it. I hope it helps.

Two: The President looked and sounded tired. I mean, bone weary, bleary eyed, "where am I and why am I here" tired. For the sake of our Country, he needs our prayers.

I have made clear in other comments my opinion of Mr. Trump, and I'll not revisit them here. But even without my vote, he is our President, and he needs our prayers. I hope every Christian who reads this will join your prayers with mine for our President. For health, strength, wisdom, and a heart turned to Jesus. Amen

I noticed the same thing about him seemingly tired and not as 'perky' and combative as he is most of the time. He got up and slowly walked out of the room and did not 'stride' out like a POTUS.
