Many have touted the EU gun control as an example for the US to follow. Most of the EU has quite stringent control on who can own guns.

I was just saying the other day if I put my ball cap on sideways, dropped my trousers down below my butt, walked with my legs splayed out to keep my pants up, wore some jersey with a Rapper's name on it, and some gold neck chains I wouldn't need a concealed carry permit??????????????
