All- I am sharing a presentation that highlights eight communities that are doing a great job of bringing private sector, government and non-profit resources together for the benefit of Veterans and Families. The common thread among these communities is that each has a mechanism in place that inspires collaboration and strengthens the network of service providers.

Every Service Member eventually returns to a community. The degree to which a community is ready to receive and care for Veterans plays a vital role in their transition from Service Member to Civilian. I've listed the communities in alphabetical order and accompanied each with a short, introductory video.
