Take a mental health day sounds like the military stress card they tried at basic training not sure how that all worked or if it even worked. I am sure of what would have happened if i had approached my Drill with a card requesting some stress relief time.

This isn't too far from the truth. A lot of teens ,especially ones that do drugs and up staying up all night ,on Facebook or SnapChat, and sleeping all day. I once had a stepdaughter that would go to bed at 6 in the morning and wake up at 3 in the afternoon. That's what drugs can do to the mind.

Correction, 7 year old daughter. She just turned 7 last week. We took her to go see Disney on Ice and we got her a cake and she loves Olaf and we didn't realize how many in her room. My other daughter is 10 and they are night and day and they have been coached and nurtured by me and my Wife to not be like their older sisters.
