MSgt Danny Hope Not as clear cut as the title appears. What they did is pass legislation that would cut off "U.S. taxpayer aid to the de facto Palestinian government if it continues to aid terrorists." It's all in the wording.

Correct. I don't see the Palestinian leadership changing their ways, so should still be effective.
