Sgt Wayne Wood Capt Dwayne Conyers I believe this is an effort to overwhelm us with how pervasive it is in our society and make it so we don't judge anybody for any misbehaviors. More suspended discernment in our culture. There is objective right and wrong, good and bad/evil, some things are OK and some are not. And that is true of behaviors, cultures, foods, cars and just about anything else you can name including people. Generalizations are dangerous, but we all discriminate every day in choosing what we eat, or drink, or the words we say, what we choose to post...Ok some people could be a little more discriminant in choosing.

There should be room for forgiveness and restoration, that has fallen by the wayside in the Salem witch-hunt outing fest.

Does that mean we should accept hypocrisy?

Sgt Wayne Wood - no that is my point. I am afraid we are going to ge to a point that we are not going to hold people to account for the wrong, especially for lying, or aiding and abetting it. And the hypocrisy of pointing your finger publicly at one figure that you oppose, while covering up for someone you support doing the same heinous thing is the worst.
I'm not as worried about the harassment, if people believe it is happening then they should do something about it. It is a bit disingenuous to wait many years then come forward with a tale. Handle it right then and if someone tries to cover it up, or shine you on, then go public. What we have going on right now is just weird.
