I call these guys the Jihadi JCETers... because such is what they do in bringing tactical training to those jihadists organizations willing to pay for it. Highly experienced and very deadly in what they do provide. Central Asians are usually the profiled face of the organization - and very different than the old AQ MTTs that used to happen. Eric, even after my coffee I dont think I am too profound so I will keep my solution simple. The Bat! You can call it the "preverbal" bat, but when wood strikes flesh it sheds a new light on the truth. Bottom line is that something about threatening China is in their self interest.. and as the jihadi answer to a SOF training team.... what is the game plan in their doing that will unfold... just it makes no sense right now unless you look at the whole New Silk Road project and see the PRC has massive vulnerabilities outside their own borders.. .
