A new VA motto would signify commitment to culture change for women veterans

The new motto is fine, but I'd be a lot more impressed if the VA started actually fulfilling Lincoln's promise rather than spending umpteen million dollars replacing bronze plaques on buildings.

We put far more effort and resources into appearances than into substance. Whether it's a new motto, or renaming military bases and ships, or other nonsense in the name of 'being inclusive' the bottom line is that every penny spent on such eyewash comes at the expense of actually doing something useful.
