Great share, I was surprised to see how far the North Koreans were willing to go to get this guy.

When you sit down to enjoy a meal with your family this Thanksgiving, consider what would drive a man to such lengths and what life must be like for millions of others trapped under the tyranny of Kim Jong Un. Let us be thankful we live in a land of freedom and prosperity.

Wow! Thanks for the post. You're right. Purpose of walls and fences are two way...keep one in and keep one out. You can never be the good guy when you're shooting someone in the back as they run away.

I liked the way you said that. You can never be the good guy when you are shooting someone in the back. It reminded me of my urban warfare training in Berlin. Seeing both sides of the wall gave me a newfound understanding of totalitarianism. It is not pretty. MAJ James Woods

SGT (Join to see) - Exactly. Have had this battlefield ROE discussion with my troopers many times on whether it's appropriate to engage someone running away. Louis Gossett Jr. said it best in one of his movie.
Man: "You shot him in the back."
Jr.: "Well his back was to me."
Laughed so hard, great movie, and during the Wild West it was at times very acceptable.
