Ok this has just got STUPID all over it I wonder what centeralized promotion boards are going to do when Soldier start Identifying as others to get around quotas.....I guess they will have to throw out the DA photo cause it wont matter.

Why should anyone care? I would do my best to treat her with same amount of respect I would give anyone else.

Whatever. I identify as Korean. My father is Filipino. I don't fit in with other Filipinos, so when they ask, I just say I'm Korean. Why do you even care? If, at the end of the day, you're going to treat everyone equally because you claim you're unbiased, why does it matter?
