Right now what we have is an accusation. Nothing more. If he did what he is being accused of he will be in trouble. The accusations are close enough to the election there is no way it can be resolved/cleared up etc. The evidence is likely scant as this supposedly happened 40 years ago. Moore has been in the court system in Alabama for decades. Why no accusation then?

If it is demonstrated he did what he is accused of he will have to resign (should he win). I am not sure a charge can even be filed as I think the statute of limitations might have come and gone, so how do you resolve this accusation?

Does he get destroyed because someone levels an accusation 40 years later that cannot be proven (he does not have to disprove it). A criminal charge cannot be filed because of the statute of limitations. So how do we resolve this? Is it fair that his life is destroyed over it? If that is the standard, any time a person levels a charge any time from the past, the sitting person would need to resign. That is a standard no one would want leveled against them.

This is a political hit job. The judge has been in public office for over 20 years. It is too convenient that this allegation has come out now. Did the alleged victim go to the Police or to the media? And a reporter happened to overhear a conversation? Its just all too convenient. Then McConnell comes out and says Mr. Moore must remove himself from the election. Lets call it what it is- a political hit job by the establishment.

I think they should postpone the election and do a proper investigation. This whole thing at this point is suspicious for timing and numbers.

If true, the truth will come out. If it is a Democrat ploy, then heads should appropriately roll.

The truth will set you free...it is somewhere waiting to be found. It is not fair or the American way to persecute before we prosecute. He is still innocent until found otherwise.

I will say the same thing here that i said for George Takai, innocent until proven guilty. More evidence needs to be brought forward to substantiate the accusations otherwise it does look like a political hit job just like it did with George Takai.

Cpl Scott McCarroll - Even FOX News sometimes has an ax to grind, but they seem to be more open about it when they do.

SSgt Christopher Brose - Yes, however I think that is more the individuals than the mindset of the whole organization, I don't have a problem people who have a different opinions than me, what I can't stand is people who walk lock step with everyone else. Trying to force me to come to believe as they do.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - It's like when a social worker or Counselor asked leading questions that can build a story which the questionnaire believes is true"based on her own history" kinda like inserting a thought or brain washing. I can't remember when but there are examples where a young girl was interviewed and by the end of it was saying that her dad abused her
