More information coming out slowly about this one. Seems many balls were dropped - AF, TX, more ? Seems that about the only warning signal missing was him being an escaped felon. Maybe they will learn from it and tighten up enforcement of existing procedures. At a very high cost though. He had "imminent danger" written all over him.

It is nearly impossible to respect individual privacy and second-guess how any individual will behave and try to restrict their access to weapons of mass destruction. But it is not difficult to predict how an assault weapon can effect a crowd of children in a classroom.
