IKE TURNER (Clarksdale, Mississippi, USA) - That's Alright
From LP '' Blues Roots '' 1972
Thanks for letting us know Maj Marty Hogan that today is the anniversary of the birth of American musician, bandleader, songwriter, arranger, talent scout, and record producer Izear Luster "Ike" Turner, Jr.
As many of us know, Jimi Hendrix played with Ike Turner before he went solo and formed the Jimi Hendrix Experience.
Rest in peace Ike Turner!
