If two minors have sex with each other does that also mean they abused each other? If so, when I was a minor that’s exactly the kind of abuse I was looking for.

PFC (Join to see) - Its not just them. There's tons of them! All those pregnant girls on MTV "Teen Pregnancy?" Yup. All of them are listed as predators if they come to the right state. Under 18 is still taboo in a lot of Southern states.

Mmmmm...only if its outside. If it is happening inside the college's dorm rooms then yeah...they have some leverage.

Wow, would have had to get a GED from jail if this were law back when. Suspect this concept is coming from the same group of people who say there is too much government in our lives. Its just that all that government involvement doesn't conform to their whacko concepts of life. Somehow think this whole issue is one for parents, not the state.
