Kneeling Saints Players Were Warned but Didn't Listen... Just Woke Up to BAD NEWS

It sounds good, but at the moment it appears to be just a proposal by a state legislator. In order for it to become effective, he'd have to get a majority in the state legislative bodies to go along with it just for starters. So I won't be holding my breath.

Can't say we didn't see it coming. I suspect more states will follow suit.

Were I a Louisiana resident, I'd be supporting this proposal. I hope it makes it off the drawing board and through the legislative process ... and that all states with NFL teams take a look at legislating something similar. IMV, neither state nor federal taxpayers should be subsidizing the NFL to the tune of so much as a dime.
