Senators: Judgement, training mistakes caused ship collisions

I really hate it when a Classified brief turns into a Publicity Opportunity for members of Congress! They get out and say all the good things about supporting the troops and yes we never seem to have the funding that they say we need so much!! Strange, isn't it?

Either the NCA and DOD change OPTEMPO or they get more ships ASAP and staff them properly.
