Awesome. There can be NO OTHER purpose for this than to park it in the contested isles somewhere to power them, which will give them the CONVENIENT excuse of 'well we gotta guard the thing so let's just beef up military in the area.' And my bet is we're going to let them. SMH.

Greg hit it out of the park on this one. You have to admire Chinese tenacity and technological capability. They are relentless in the pursuit of what they want.
