SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint These kind of people are a special kind of Stupid...Mean...totally inconsiderate. These types of crimes should have longer mandatory punishments.

I would speculate that the looters are looking for jewelry and cell phones that have made it through the fires. With jewelry the precious metals will melt away but the gems will not. Cell phones in any condition can be resold oversea for large profits.
