Obviously this is a great plan. It will reduce the number of people going to the parks, which will make it easier to shrink the park size and allow more developers to come in, buy up the land and use it for making more money! CAPITALISM! Who needs parks?!

Of course not! Why should poor people get into parks? Or for that matter do anything?! Shouldn't they be working? Maybe they can be park Rangers and conduct beautification of the parks!
