Danny, some folks don't get it. Not talking about the family business is very important. I a guy is not fitting the mold he needs to go back to wherever he came from. It does not matter if he is an 18 Series guy or a Support guy business is business. No matter what his position really is he is part of the unit. If he talks to much he needs to go.
