It's part of the system. And, contrary to popular believe amongst the rainbows and unicorn farts people, you can't make it go away. You can't legislate it away and you can't adjudicate it away.
And, if you attempted to do so, all you'd do is create another way to game the system. Because that's what politics is ALWAYS about...power plays.

Absolutely and it is not just the gerrymandering but the election money and lobbying as well. Need to get rid of all three.

Blame leftist activist judges. The Left created the rotten neighborhoods we have, and now, they want to force weaken good neighborhoods. For some reason, those who want to "equalize" neighborhoods fail to understand that people vote with their feet.
